Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Chibuom Design by private customers residing in Switzerland or the European Union (EU).

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the listed products. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
As a small business under Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act, we do not charge Swiss VAT.
For deliveries to the EU, import duties such as VAT or customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and countries within the European Union.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping providers.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the available payment methods offered in the shop. The full invoice amount is due immediately.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as detailed in our [Right of Withdrawal Policy].
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued after the goods are received and inspected.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Chibuom Design until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or external influences.
Claims under product liability law remain unaffected.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
